Our Process
It all starts with a phone call! When you contact us, you will be greeted by a highly experienced Air Quality Expert who will ask you a series of questions to gather background information and design a testing plan unique to your specific needs. Once we have the information required, we will advise you on what type of testing services are recommended, along with the steps and costs involved.
On testing day, a certified air expert will arrive at your door, ready to conduct the scheduled assessments, and provide you with any additional information you require. Once testing is complete and all samples have been properly analyzed, your results are compiled into a full, detailed, and easy to understand report which one of our air experts will review with you to ensure your complete understanding of the results. Our report will also include all our recommendations, based on our findings, on imporving your indoor air quality and restoring your home back to a healthy environment.
